Minimum Order

$ 150.00 Add $10.00 for shipping charges if less than $ 150.00

– Returns
All returns must be authorized by Medical Systems International to be eligible for
credit. To obtain approval contact our office.

– No Credit

will be issued on goods returned without prior approval. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged against all returns of products ordered in error or those returned more than 30 days after original invoice date.

Terms of Credit

Credit will be issued only against future purchases of products. Credit will be calculated at the invoice price or at current prices, whichever is lower. No credit allowable on products over six months from date of invoice. Credits are void six months from the date of issue.

No cash refunds.
Value of returned products will be credited to your account.
